As a network leader, BCE Nexxia has embraced the network-centric training model, which harnesses the power of the Internet to provide relevant, current and accessible training to its sales force.

Challenge
In order for employees to maintain success at such high speeds, BCE Nexxia relies on an e-Learning portal, called the Nexxia Learning Network, which is powered by ISOPIA-engineered Sun LearnTone Learning Management System, and is populated by content produced by ISOPIA Professional Services. BCE Nexxia challenged the ISOPIA Professional Services team with the task of designing a series of integrated, on-line courses that would help them achieve their goal of having a sales force that was up to the minute on the latest competitive sales information, as well as highly competent in the technological foundations of their service.

Solution
The ISOPIA Professional Services team created a series of 15-minute "Sales on the Run" episodes. These provide easy to assimilate, accurate and up-to-date training on the newest service from Bell Nexxia. Each of the episodes is paired with a one-hour "Technology Essentials" module, which delve deeper into the service's technological underpinnings.

The Nexxia courses are completely based on Macromedia Flash technology, allowing a graphically rich and highly interactive format with low-bandwidth requirements. Some of the special features in the Nexxia courses include integrated technical glossaries, and randomized testing engines with full tracking of learner progress. Learner information is automatically tracked and updated on the learner's home page within the Nexxia Learning Network, using the advanced features of ISOPIA's ILMS™.

Process
ISOPIA Professional Services' methadology takes all of the essential elements that go into creating a successful on-line course, and places them within a streamlined process that ensures fast delivery without sacrificing customer objectives. A tightly integrated team of specialists does each element-curriculum development, course design, writing, graphic design and layout, sound recording, programming and assembly, and quality assurance. The ISOPIA Professional Services team worked closely with Nexxia to define learning objectives, and then created course materials and functionality to meet these needs.
